My site will provide you with complete access to new homes from leading Tampa area home builders.  All of our builder listings include pricing, floorplans, neighborhood amenities, community description & driving directions.  Builders provide us with a list of current inventory homes, pre-construction pricing and close-out pricing so I can update you on the best buys in new construction in any area.
The builder pays my commissions so my services are free to you ~ the builder is the seller but you still want  someone there to represent you, or a "Buyer's Agent".  Builders do not offer discounts to buyers without a Realtor.  In fact, builders form strong alliances with Realtors and encourage their use.
