ABR ~ Accredited Buyer's Representative, fewer than 2% of all Realtors have this designation.  This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.  www.rebac.net

CHMS ~ Certified Home Marketing Specialist, trained to market through home staging, which is the art of preparing a home for market to give the best possible first impression to potential buyer's, resulting in a quicker sale and higher profit.

CRS ~ Certified Residential Specialist, fewer than 4% of all Realtors have this one-in-a million credential.  CRS is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate.  Members have proven they have the experience, training and commitment to be among the best in their profession.  www.crs.com

CPMS ~ Certified Property Manager Specialist, providing full-service professional property management of single family and multi-family properties.

CSP ~ Certified Short-Sale Professional, trained to guide their client through the complex process of marketing the home, finding a willing buyer, working with the lender(s) and the other parties involved, as well as determine if a property will qualify for a short-sale.

GRI ~ Graduate Realtor Institute, fewer than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation.  This designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation.  Realtors with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.  www.realtor.org

SRES ~ Seniors Real Estate Specialist, only a handful of Realtors hold this designation.  The SRES licensee demonstrates that they possess the knowledge, experience and expertise to successfully provide seniors with professional consultation about real estate.  www.seniorsrealestate.com
